Characteristics and Applications of Stretch Film
Pulling film is a domestic PVC substrate, and DOA, as a plasticizer, has both self-adhesive properties. However, it has disadvantages such as environmental issues, high cost (large ratio to PE, small unit packaging area), and poor stretchability. At present, LDPE is the main type, including C4, C6, C8, and metal PE (MIPE). So, let's learn about the characteristics and applications of pull-down stretching films together!
PE stretching film is mainly produced by blowing, developing from a single layer to two or three layers. Currently, LIDPE stretching film is mainly produced by casting method, because the production of the casting production line has uniform thickness, high transparency, and is suitable for high rate pre stretching requirements. Good stretching film has characteristics such as high transparency, high longitudinal elongation, high yield point, high transverse tear strength, and good puncture performance. In addition, the material density of the stretched film also affects the performance of the film. As the density increases, the orientation degree is high, the flatness is good, the longitudinal elongation is high, and the yield strength is high. However, the transverse tear strength, puncture strength, and transmittance are reduced. Therefore, taking into account all aspects of the performance, a medium density linear polyethylene (lmms) is formed in the non adhesive layer.
PE stretch film (also known as roll film) has high tensile strength, tear strength, and good self-adhesion, which can wrap objects together and avoid scattering during transportation. This thin mold has excellent transparency, wraps the object beautifully, and makes the object waterproof, dustproof, and damage resistant.
